Here is a great match showing Psy playing as Protoss against Maven playing as Zerg. They are both high level and playing on a new map that was added at release. You are about to see some very good Protoss one base play which is recommended over fast expanding especially for newer players.
The Zerg starts out by stealing one of the Protoss gas to delay him from getting dual gas and being able to quickly produce Sentries. The Protoss goes for a four gate and produces a small force of Zealots and Sentries. He immediately pushes and is met by Roaches, Zerglings, and Spine Crawlers at the Zerg expansion. Since he knows he doesn’t have a big enough army to win, he sets up a Proxy Pylon so he can warp in more combat units near by and waits a little while for reinforcements.
