Yay, a new Starcraft Battle Report was released today! Finally a really good game, with two competent players playing hard against each other. The map is Lost Temple, which is a remake of a Starcraft 1 map, and also a remake of my favorite Warcraft 3 map. The players start right next to each other, and it makes for some pretty aggressive play throughout the game.
The part where the the Terran player drops two siege tanks on the hill above the first Protoss expansion is pretty exciting, especially when the Protoss player’s Blink ability finishes researching and he goes up to take out the tanks.
Psy-storms look overpowered, and so does the Protoss teleport ability, but I am biased toward Terran. The graphics in this game are stunning. Thor’s are so cool, I can’t wait to see games where mass Thors take on mass Ultralisks.
